Due to the personalized and instantaneous nature of our digital services, our refund policy is designed to be fair while protecting the integrity of our custom-generated content.
Refund Eligibility
Full Refund Available
- Within 24 hours of order placement if reports have not been generated
- Technical delivery issues that cannot be resolved within 48 hours
- Payment processing errors resulting in duplicate charges
- Service unavailability due to system maintenance extending beyond promised delivery time
No Refund Available
- Once personalized reports have been generated and delivered
- Change of mind after report delivery
- Dissatisfaction with astrological interpretations or insights
- Requests made more than 24 hours after order placement
- Reports downloaded or accessed by the customer

Quality Guarantee

How to Request a Refund

Include the following in your refund request:
- Order ID (found in your confirmation email)
- Email address used for the order
- Reason for refund request
- Any supporting documentation (for technical issues)

- We will acknowledge your request within 24 hours
- Eligible refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
- Refunds are credited back to the original payment method
- You will receive email confirmation once the refund is processed
Special Circumstances
Discount Code Issues
If a discount code was incorrectly applied or failed to apply at checkout, we will either provide a partial refund for the difference or allow you to reorder at the correct discounted price.
Incorrect Birth Information
Reports generated with incorrect birth data provided by the customer cannot be refunded. However, we offer a one-time correction service at 50% of the original package price if the error is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Multiple Children Packages
For packages covering multiple children, partial refunds are not available. The entire package must be eligible for refund based on our standard policy.
International Orders
Currency & Processing
- Refunds are processed in the original currency (INR, USD, or EUR)
- Bank transfer fees or currency conversion charges are not refundable
- Processing time may vary based on international banking procedures
